Dam House Conference Room

The Conference Room

Situated on the first floor of Dam House, the room measures 35 feet in length by 20 feet in width. It has a distinctive character with exposed roof timers and formerly served as the billiard room and then as the hospital chapel. The room has now been tastefully refurbished and is an excellent setting for any conference, seminar or meeting, with tables and chairs which can be arranged in conference or theatre setting.

Facilities

Four double electrical sockets are provided. An adjacent room, which is 20 x 15 feet can be used for equipment, storage, preparation and serving buffets.

An overhead projector, stand, screen and flip charts are available at extra cost. The curtains have blackout linings.

This is a spectacular setting for any conference inside a grade II listed building with a beautiful view of the historic woodlands and a tearoom on site to provide any catering requirements.

The conference room is also a lovely room for christenings and small family parties.

The car park is situated to the rear of Dam House and an overflow car park is situated adjacent to the first building on the right off Astley Hall Drive.

The Main entrance is at the front of Dam House. Disabled access to the conference room is via the lift. A toilet for disable persons is close the the conference room.
